Choose one of the letter templates.

Copy the text and manually send it to the email address provided.

Use the editable form to change the text to your pleasing then hit 'Open in Email app' which should open your usual Email app and automatically fill in the fields for you ready for sending.
Don't forget to add your Name and Address at the bottom before sending it so your MP knows you are one of their constituents!
