NRM Day For Rejoin (March 2023)
Pro Rejoin events happened throughout the whole day and evening!
All around the UK and Europe, from street stalls to protests, coffee mornings to street quizzes and pub crawls to a full drag show. It was a lot of fun and despite us all being miles apart, we were together showing that all over the place, there is a pro rejoin community saying 'We want our star back'! In spirit, we were one!

Bath for Europe are setting the scene for a Georgian-themed photo in front of Royal Crescent, and have created a large sign with a special message, to be revealed on the day!
Please join us at 12noon sharp to assemble for the photo, which will go out on social media. Come dressed in your European t-shirts, bEUrets, Regency attire if you have any, or just come as you are. Let’s send out a message that Bath remains a European city, Brexit is a disaster, as the country is starting to realise, and it’s high time we re-joined the Single Market – like lucky Northern Ireland, as PM Rishi Sunak pointed out!

Rejoin EU or (mis)REUL?
Join our stall outside the Guildhall on Market Square Cambridge on Saturday 25 March, which is part of the National Rejoin March nationwide action day. At our stall we'll have a Brexitometer to test the views of the people of Cambridge on Rejoining the EU, and we'll distribute leaflets. We'll also be asking people to write to their MP to ask them to oppose the dangerous and anti-democratic Retained EU Law (REUL) Bill.
If you can volunteer for an hour or two email us and tell us when you'll get there.

We're going around London, getting pics of the NRM banner alongside lots of London's icons, as well as getting some choice pics with the team and custom banners placed alongside iconic governmental signs plus more!
An initial tour around Whitehall will include Downing Street then to Trafalgar Square and onwards to Charing Cross and the South bank. We will be walking past the National theatre, Tate modern, the Globe theatre then to Black friar's Bridge and a pub stop before we finish by HMS Belfast close to Tower bridge Circa 3 pm. Those who are interested in the London4Europe conference being held in Claphan can join us as we meet up with fellow activists for more socializing and fun. Start time is 11.30am opposite the gates of Parliament in Parliament Square.

Berkshire for Europe will be participating in this national event by Nation Rejoin March. We will have a short demonstration at and near the Queen Victoria Statue and the Reading old Town hall close to rear entrance of M&S, Blagrave St, Reading RG1 1QH. We will start at 1:00pm for an hour or so. We will have EU flags, our new banners, stickers, a Brexitometer to engage with the public and leaflets to hand out. The theme is “Better Together.” We must keep the disaster of Brexit to the UK in the public mind. The recent vegetable shortages have helped our cause, the majority of the UK public see Brexit as cause of this. Bring flags and placards. Come and join us!

Salisbury for Europe is joining the National Rejoin March Nationwide Day of Action on the 25th March. Local groups around the country are holding events and Salisbury for Europe has booked a stall at the Market. On it we plan to have a screen with rolling short videos, a wall of images relating to Brexit and a Brexitometer (or MoodMeter). The stall needs to be manned from 9am until 2pm so we need lots of volunteers! If you are able to help for an hour or two please contact us below! We will rally with EU flags, hats, colours, and any placards you want to make, with a party atmosphere! Meanwhile our 'Dance Europa' team will perform their set twice, and in between we will hold open mic for any who want to speak, hold a street Euro Disco, dance if you like, engage people if you like, hand out leaflets, or just watch and support if you prefer. If there are enough of us we may do a short march around the shopping centre before the 2nd dance set.

We will be holding a street stall in Truro on Saturday 25 March in support of the National Rejoin March - Day for Rejoin.
As well as our normal stall activities with Opinionmeter, stickers, badges, etc., we want to have EU themed cakes and biscuits on offer for a small donation. The CfE team will be doing what they can to provide these, but it would be great if some of our members could bring along contributions.
Ideally they would have some connection to an EU country, either in style, or in colour, but anything will be welcome. Everyone welcome at the stall, even of it is just to eat the cakes, rather than provide them.

National Day for Rejoin Picnic in Barcelona
Join Bremain in Spain for a fun, family-oriented event in Barcelona, in front of the iconic Olympic Ring in the symbolically named Plaça d'Europa. Pro EU Photo Shoot
The plan is to meet at 5pm local time on the large "steps" (designed for sitting on) in Parc de la Mar, opposite the cathedral, where we can take some good photos and videos for the Day for Rejoin website. There is an underground carpark directly underneath, and surface parking in the port on the other side of the main Ma-19 road. Then after the photos to go to the terrace bar directly next door (The Guinness House) for refreshments.
