SATURDAY 28th SEPTEMBER 2024
L O N D O N
Park Lane, 1pm, March Sets Off
Parliament Square, 3pm, Rally Starts
4:30pm, Estimated End Time
A legal, peaceful, fun and family friendly march and rally through iconic parts of London, starting at Park Lane and ending with a pro stage and excellent speakers (TBA) at the dynamic and modern Rally on Parliament Square.
With our third annual event, our aim is to get the attention of the media and politicians to put #RejoinEU on the agenda, and then keep it there until we're back where we belong... in the EU.
Since the end of World War 2, European countries coming together politically and economically has worked to keep the peace. We want to ensure that continues for our future generations, the ones who never got to vote in 2016 and now want to be heard!
So come and join us on Saturday 28th September 2024 in London and be a part of history!

F.A.Q.s
Are you putting on transport to get to London?
NRM itself is not putting on any transport, however there are multiple independent grassroots groups putting on coaches from around the country offering the cheapest and most fun way to get there on the day. Click HERE to book your place now before they all sell out!
What should I bring with me?
Bring clothing and footwear you will be comfortable in. Check the weather before you get ready to help. Be creative and bring your home-made placards, or banners, dress up, express yourself however you like!
Where and when to meet?
Meet at Park Lane starting outside the Hilton Hotel on the public footpath. As the area fills, spread up North on Park Lane staying on the public footpath. The march will begin at 1pm following the approved route to Parliament Square. We recommend meeting from 12noon at the start point. Download the map here.
Where is the nearest tube station to the start point?
Hyde Park Corner station or Marble Arch station.
Where is the nearest tube station to the rally?
Westminster station.
Is there a short route available?
Yes, The short route starts at the Crimean War Memorial on Pall Mall. As the march arrives there people waiting at the short route start point will merge into the march to continue down Whitehall onto Parliament Square. Meet at the Crimean War Memorial from 1pm, the march is expected to be there by 2pm at the latest.
Is this event suitable for people with accessibility needs?
Yes. We recommend starting at the short route start point as the rest of the march from there is suitable for people in wheel-chairs and is less than half the distance of the route. Once on Parliament Square, you can go to the raised platform on the side of Parliament Square opposite Big Ben so you can see the stage and screen. If you need more help, we can have you in the stage area with us, please email us at info@marchforrejoin.co.uk if this is the case. Be aware though that it is very loud in the stage area and due to it being an enclosed area, is limited in the number of people we can have, so get in touch sooner rather than later.
Where are the toilets?
Unfortunately we do not have permission to provide porta-loos, so toilets can be found at most pubs, restaurants etc and public toilets can be found at Westminster station. Be prepared to have to pay upto 50p to get into public toilets in London. So have some change!
Can I volunteer to help?
Yes. We always need help at events, from first aiders to marshals to leaflet distributers. If you want to help out, please just send an email with how you can help out and your availability to info@marchforrejoin.co.uk Thank you.
Can I get flyers to print out and share online?
Yes. You can find our flyers to print as well as cover pics and profile pics to use on various social media platforms or your own websites on the downloads page, Click here to get them now.
How can I help get people to come on the day?
Online, whatever social media platform you use, make posts about you coming to the march often. Use the hashtag #RejoinMarch. It will encourage people following you to do the same. Write letters or articles about Rejoin and send them to your local newspapers or Bylines. Print off flyers and put them wherever you're allowed to. Join your local European Movement, Grassroots for Europe or Stay European group and get involved with local activism. Tell all your friends, family, colleagues, the pub, everywhere you go. Spread the word!
